Wait List & Deposit Information

I keep an on going waiting list.  I take this time to get to know the new puppy parents as we communicate back and forth about what you are looking for in a puppy. I really enjoy getting to know you through this process. To be on the wait list I require a $200.00 non refundable deposit. This ensures your place on the list. If you have been approved and you have paid your deposit you are agreeing to a pup from a future litter. I make no guarantees of when puppies are born, litter size, gender or colors born. If you are on the list you are aware that you may get a puppy from an expectant litter or you may have to wait for the next. As the breeder I reserve the right to hold back a puppy for my breeding program.  We put a lot of effort and care into breeding the best puppies we can.  If you do not pick a puppy from the current litter your name gets moved to the next list for the next litter.  To make a deposit we accept e-Transfers to uneekcockers@gmail.com or cash.

The balance of the puppy payment is required by the time your puppy is 8 weeks old. That amount is $1700.00.  Failure to meet this time line could cause your puppy to be put up for sale and your deposit lost. Payment can be made by cash when you pick up your puppy or by e-transfer 12 hours before pick up. If you have not sent your e-transfer 12 hours before please call to reschedule pick up time.

You will be informed when the puppies are born. When the puppies are 5-6 weeks of age you will be able to come and pick your puppy or I can match for you according to your requirements. If you aren't able to get here I can skype or facetime you as well to help you pick and so you can see the puppies. At that time, you can choose to pick that puppy or wait for the next suitable available one from any of our future litters.

I guarantee to you that your puppy will come with the proper vaccination and worming appropriate for the age of your puppy. Puppies have been socialized with children and other animals and handled daily. I do my best to make sure the transition from my house to yours is the easiest possible for your new puppy. It is our goal to breed only dogs from amazing lines with no genetic issues to pass on. We want you to know your puppy comes from two parents that showed amazing temperments and were health checked before deciding to bred them.
